  • Businesses pick city areas and dates, upload an image or video, and their ad plays on LED screens in venues and on tablets in rideshare cars.
  • Advertiser portal with credits, bookings, referral codes and an AI-assisted ad writer; admin panel in Filament.
  • Flutter player app for Android TV and tablets: activated by QR, caches media, reports every play back to the server.
  • English and Spanish throughout.

Operations app for Amazon delivery companies (DSPs)

  • Daily board that reads the day's Amazon route sheet (PDF) and assigns drivers, vans and helpers; each list only offers who can take that route: on the schedule, under 40 hours, trained for step vans or EDVs, valid license.
  • Weekly schedule like When I Work, extra drivers on standby or VTO, fleet maintenance and van-shortage alerts, and a mobile driver app with van inspections.
  • Weekly scorecard with per-driver coaching messages, plus ADP hours reconciliation and bonus export.
  • Multi-company SaaS: super admin panel with paid modules per company, and a public demo where every visitor gets a private copy of the data.

  • User and merchant mobile apps in Flutter: pay by scanning or showing a QR code, biometric login, push notifications.
  • Shared Flutter package used by both apps for support tickets, real-time updates and push registration.
  • Customized and extended the Laravel backend, with API authentication and Stripe checkout for shareable payment links.

  • REST API with token authentication and rate limits, consumed by a single-page frontend installable on iPhone.
